As the key escalation point for complex stock issues, you'll collaborate with teams across Vintage.com to maintain inventory integrity while building your team's confidence to handle operational challenges independently over time.
Please note an additional shift allowance applies to this role to reflect late-shift hours.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the late-shift logistics team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 check-ins and performance discussions to support team development and growth.
- Brief the shift on daily targets, operational priorities, and safety callouts at the start of every shift.
- Manage shift attendance, cover, and real-time floor allocations to maintain full operational capacity.
- Coach team members on standard operating procedures, quality standards, and correct handling techniques.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that drives accountability and strong work ethic on the floor.
- Receive, break down, and process incoming inventory and customer returns.
- Route processed goods directly to internal destination areas like Appraisals and Marketplace.
- Safely lift and move stock boxes (up to 30kg) and transport stock cages throughout the facility.
- Maintain clean, efficient pathways and organized staging areas across the warehouse.
- Monitor shift output and identify practical ways to improve sorting and breakdown speed and accuracy.
- Keep staging areas and inventory pathways clear to streamline inter-departmental transfers.
- Uphold safe lifting practices and warehouse health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure stock control procedures and inventory logs are accurately maintained.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or team lead role within a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Experience conducting 1-on-1 performance catch-ups, supporting individual development, and handling day-to-day team queries and conduct on shift.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and direct operational teams to hit daily shift targets.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills under fast-paced operational pressure.
- Experience managing inventory flow, stock allocation, and floor safety guidelines.
- Experience using inventory management systems or warehouse scanning tools.
- Exposure to continuous improvement techniques or lean warehouse processes.
