TMS Technician & Patient Outreach Coordinator
Location: Onsite - Orlando, FL (736 N Magnolia Ave)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $19/hr; Paid bi-weekly
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Reports To: Practice Administrator
APG Health is seeking a compassionate, energetic TMS Technician & Patient Outreach Coordinator to provide TMS treatments and support patient outreach and referral development.
The primary responsibility is administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under physician supervision. When the TMS schedule permits, this position will conduct patient follow-up, respond to prospective patient inquiries, and support referral and community outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, comfortable with telephone outreach, and able to take initiative.
TMS Technician Responsibilities
- Administer TMS treatments according to established protocols and physician direction.
- Prepare patients and equipment and operate TMS equipment safely.
- Monitor patients and communicate clinical concerns to the appropriate provider.
- Administer rating scales and accurately document treatments.
- Coordinate treatment schedules and follow up on missed appointments.
- Maintain TMS treatment rooms, equipment, and required documentation.
- Provide a professional, compassionate patient experience.
Patient Outreach & Referral Development
- Follow up with TMS inquiries, referrals, prospective patients, and appropriate existing patients.
- Educate patients about APG Health services and assist with scheduling and intake.
- Conduct outreach by telephone, email, and other approved methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, therapists, and community referral sources.
- Document leads, outreach activities, follow-ups, and outcomes in Salesforce.
- Work with leadership and the intake team to improve patient engagement and referral conversion.
- Occasionally participate in community or professional outreach events.
TMS Technician Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for):

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- TMS certification required; BrainsWay experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of patient facing experience in a mental health field preferred.
- Comfortable using EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, and helping others.
- Curious and eager to learn new skills, technology (i.e. computers, medical/mechanical devices, etc.), and clinical processes.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make others feel heard, respected, and supported.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to following through in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to consistently follow established procedures.
- Comfortable balancing patient interaction with administrative responsibilities.
