Claims Operations Sr. Associate II

Drive high-quality claims processing operations that deliver exceptional service while meeting key performance and productivity goals.
Serve as a trusted resource for colleagues by providing timely guidance, answering operational questions, and helping resolve complex claims-related issues.
Partner across departments to investigate discrepancies, create research tickets, and ensure efficient resolution of member transactions and claim inquiries.
Support the growth and success of new team members through mentoring, refresher training sessions, roundtable discussions, and real-time coaching.
Take the lead on escalation management, ensuring challenging issues are addressed with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused mindset.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and operational enhancements that strengthen team performance and business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proven time management and prioritization skills, commitment to accuracy and productivity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while supporting and developing others.
Experience: 6+ years of operations experience, preferably within claims operations. Demonstrated experience handling escalations, supporting team members, and working in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook is required.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
