Description
Your team
As VP Marketing (m/f/d) at Noxtua, you will lead Noxtua's marketing function end-to-end with a single mission: establish the Noxtua brand across Europe, and make Europe's Legal AI the name legal professionals know and trust across the entire continent. Events are co-owned with Communications; everything else in the list below is yours.
Your direct peers on the leadership team are the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Communications Officer. Communications and Public Affairs sit with the CCO and are outside the marketing scope, while content production (Social Media, Blog, etc.) is a shared responsibility; Product Strategy and Design sit with the CPO. You will partner closely with both, as well as with Sales, Customer Success, and our Publishing Partners.
You will report to Dr. Leif-Nissen Lundbæk, CEO and Co-founder of Noxtua, who has spent nearly a decade building privacy-preserving, sovereign AI for regulated industries. He is a hands-on founder who values clarity of thought, fast iteration, and rigorous brand discipline — and a strong public voice for European AI sovereignty.
About you
Minimum 10 years in B2B marketing leadership, with at least 3–5 years owning a brand-led marketing function at a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software scale-up
Proven success in building category-defining brands in regulated, considered-purchase B2B markets — ideally for legal professionals or comparable senior professional-services audiences — in DACH and other European markets. Legal tech, financial services, or professional services experience is a plus
Experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams, including creative teams and outside agencies
Strong instincts for product marketing, customer education, and sales / CS enablement across multiple partner brands and country markets
Experienced in analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and in earning a defensible share of voice in trade and business media
Full professional English; German and additional European languages a plus
Comfortable as a public-facing leader and as the marketing voice in the executive committee
Your responsibilities
Own marketing end-to-end. Lead Noxtua's marketing strategy, planning, team and execution, and set, monitor and maintain our brand health goals across European markets.
- Content & brand authority. Own the content engine in service of brand authority — blog, white papers, points of view, original research — alongside a steady drumbeat of testimonials and customer stories as credible third-party proof.
- Analyst & influencer relations. Build and run Noxtua's relationships with Gartner and the broader analyst community, and partner with the legal voices our audience listens to, including growing founder content reach and engagement on LinkedIn.
- Events & offline presence. Design and run Europe-wide brand event series, podcast formats and webinars that put Noxtua in front of senior legal professionals, and use out-of-home and print where they add reach.
- Performance marketing & CRM. Use performance marketing as a brand instrument — SEO across our properties (Website / Academy), search engine ads and social ads in service of awareness and preference — and own the marketing-owned parts of the CRM stack and the lifecycle communications that nurture brand relationships over time.
Product marketing & enablement. Drive product marketing, customer education, and Sales / Customer Success enablement in collaboration with the GoToMarket team, across all publisher partners, markets, and target audiences.
