About the Role
Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across Gaithersburg, MD and Woodbridge, VA. If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- HVAC license/certification as required in MD and/or VA
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
