Job Description

The candidate will work closely with various internal/external groups (private banks & retail sales, product, digital marketing, legal and compliance, creative agency) to implement marketing activities for Private Banks in HK & Southeast Asia intermediary business and help deepen the Invesco brand in GC and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Help develop strategic marketing plan, to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with business goals and measurable.

  • Implement impactful marketing campaigns through all means of advertising (offline and especially online media), events, media relations, email campaigns and content marketing.

  • Work closely with content marketing and PB sales to develop distinctive email to PB clients.

  • Be creative and bring in news ideas on events and activities which are appealing to PB clients.

  • Build strong partnerships with sales teams to establish joint priorities and gain alignment on strategic plans.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners across marketing, product, legal and compliance etc.

  • Manage cross-border regional projects to bring best practices and streamline processes to our region.

  • Ensure the global priorities (growth engines) are delivered in the region if appropriate and provide necessary support to all marketing functions (above-the-line, below-the-line, online, events, media relations)
     

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Over 5 years work experience in marketing at asset management/ finance industry, including above-the-line, below-the-line, online, events and media relations.

  • Knowledge of investment products required.

  • Bachelor's degree required

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Innovative, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to contribute creative ideas and drive engagement.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in intermediary marketing, private banks, or financial advisors is an advantage.
