General tasks include supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers, and carrying out directives given by the manager and Director of Retail. The Dispensary Co-Manager will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees and is accountable for all aspects of managing the retail store. The Dispensary Co-Manager will ensure all associates adhere to the company mission statement and core values while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
