With more than 190,000 standard and 75,000 custom packs produced per day, Presource® Solutions can help meet your procedural kitting needs across the continuum of care. Standard kits contain the core components needed for the surgeries performed in your healthcare facility. Custom kits are built to suit your specific needs and preferences. Our team works with you to evaluate your current practices and determine the best mix of products to meet your needs, without sacrificing quality. The Presource Business Consultant role is intended to work with the OR Specialist Sales team within existing Presource accounts to support and execute complex and high effort projects and initiatives, ultimately leading to increased GP and/or uncovering and resolving customer business needs. This role will serve as subject matter expert to assist with selling and executing projects and initiatives such as IDN standardization, large scale IDN Program Reviews, PBDS builds, and key marketing initiatives. The Presource Business Consultant will be responsible for quarterbacking and progressing these projects with efficiency and profitable speed to impact within their assigned geographies. Builds and maintains relationship with key decision makers or potential influencers as well as reps and RD’s within their geographies

Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, & support existing program goals and build project roadmaps for life of contract
Conduct Supply chain assessments with resources
Provide guidance on large-scale program reviews from start to finish
Develop standardization strategies and lead discussions with customers
Demonstrate advanced knowledge & understanding of Presource value prop and articulate value to customers
Consult buyers and promote Cardinal Health through participation in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.
Utilize and update sales tools to accurately address trends in existing base of business, create call strategies, and to manage territory and strategic business plans.
Complete all administrative requirements in a timely and comprehensive manner (expenses, compliance, salesforce.com, as directed).
Meet and maintain the requirements of all key vendor credentialing entities.
Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape including, GPOs, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors and competitive products etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Advanced Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
5 +years of Operating Room or kitting experience preferred
End to End understand of procedural supply-chain, strong customer, kitting, and industry knowledge preferred
Financial acumen and results accountability; effective business acumen, presentation, and communication skills
Understanding of customer buying process that enables effective management of sales pipeline
Strong influencing skills, ability to work cross-functionally
Effective project management, organization, prioritization skills and analytical capabilities
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of acute care and customer industry (e.g., key competitors, technology, terminology, regulations)
High degree of flexibility
A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel 50%
Customer/Vendor credentialing is required (this may include vaccinations). More details will be provided if you are selected for an interview.
Anticipated pay range: $91,100 - $151,150 (includes targeted variable pay)
