NOW HIRING TERMITE CONTROL TECHNICIAN(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!
STARTING PAY OF $20+ PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
Turf Doctor Inc. - Madison is hiring a Termite Control Technician to provide industry-leading termite treatment services using state-of-the-art technology. We utilize the Termidor HP2 system, eliminating the need for traditional rodding and trenching. Unlike other companies, we do not use or monitor baiting stations—our focus is on delivering effective, long-term termite control solutions. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn advanced termite treatment techniques. Paid training is provided to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality termite control services using the latest technology.
- Inspect properties to assess termite activity and recommend effective treatment solutions.
- Apply termite treatments safely and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Educate customers on treatment plans and preventative measures.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is properly prepared for daily operations.
Requirements
- One year of experience in termite control or pest management preferred; however, training can be provided and we will help candidates attain state licensure.
- Ability to work outdoors in various environments.
- Physically fit and capable of handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license required.
