We're seeking a VP of Strategic Account Management to lead the team responsible for our largest customer relationships.
This is a high-impact role for an accomplished SaaS leader who excels at developing teams, creating customer value, and driving sustainable growth. Success will be measured by maintaining retention of 96% or higher, expanding revenue, and increasing adoption of the Everbridge platform.
