Iron Mountain is seeking an strategic Senior Project Manager, ALM Technology to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives that modernize how we manage assets for enterprise clients worldwide. Working alongside cross-functional, global teams, your leadership will bridge high-level strategy and technical execution to deliver complex, multi-million dollar transformation projects. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
Oversee end-to-end initiative delivery: Lead project scoping, business case reviews, resource planning, and budget management up to $15M.
Direct cross-functional execution: Coordinate virtual project teams and internal or external stakeholders to ensure key milestones are delivered smoothly.
Manage project trade-offs: Balance scope, cost, and timeline dependencies while aligning project changes with broader change management goals.
Drive governance and transparency: Facilitate project reviews and deliver clear, data-driven reporting to keep key leadership informed.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within customer-facing or transformation environments.
Strong knowledge of formal project management frameworks, digital collaboration tools, and shared services models.
Proven ability in organizational change management, cross-functional alignment, and complex budget oversight.
PMP certification (Six Sigma or experience with tools like monday.com is a plus).
