Role Overview:

The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI and GenAI solutions to enhance automation and business processes, including RPA, BPM, and Power Platform. It combines strong hands-on expertise in AI, API integrations, and programming with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment.

Role insights:

• Support the identification and analysis of AI use cases within automation and business processes.
• Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms).
• Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs).
• Assist in developing and training machine learning models.
• Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.

What makes you unique:

• Good understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support).
• Knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage).
• Experince with Python or Java.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
