- Deliver compliant, professional, and persuasive product presentations, business reviews, and portfolio recommendations that demonstrate clinical, operational, and financial value.
- Provide post-sale support, including product in-services and education, implementation coordination, and follow-up to help ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales execution, communicate market feedback, and align portfolio initiatives with regional and company priorities.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, scientific, and product-related information across a broad portfolio.
- Ability to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand within an assigned geography.
- Strong business acumen, including excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with field sales partners, clinical stakeholders, supply chain contacts, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and execute the selling process in a concise, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive manner that leads to customer action.
- Strong organization, time management, and territory management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a broad portfolio.
