Grant Associate - Temporary support 12 months

Overview

The Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants & Funding Department, based in Florence. This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:

• Preparing administrative documents and professional presentations
• Drafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budget
• Completing and submitting funding application forms
•  Monitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities andprogram
• Identifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internalproject ideas
• Supporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposals
• Coordinating project timelines and contributing to project managementtasks
• Handling signature collection and declarations from senior leadership
• Managing shared project folders, including sensitive and confidentialdocuments
• Collaborating with external consultants, project partners, and internaldepartments
• Providing training and operational support to project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,Engineering, Mathematics);
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) andgrant application platforms;
• Previous experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-fundedprojects;
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

​The selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur  36.000,00 and Eur 38.000,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
