📍 Paris La Défense | Hybrid (3 days/week)

We're looking for a Junior AML Compliance Specialist to join our France Compliance Team and contribute to the fight against Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Fraud. 

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both AML investigations and Agent Oversight activities within a leading global payments company.  

What you will do: 

 Conduct AML investigations and analyze suspicious activities 

 Support Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and regulatory reporting to TRACFIN 

 Perform quality reviews of FIU requests and other AML controls 

 Conduct transaction monitoring enhanced due diligence and risk assessments 

 Contribute to the oversight of Western Union’s agent network by conducting compliance reviews, analyzing transaction activity, and participating in risk-based assessments aimed at identifying and mitigating compliance risks. 

 Monitor emerging AML and financial crime risks across the network and support continuous improvement of compliance controls. 

What we're looking for : 

  • +1-year of experience in AML, Compliance, KYC, Risk or Financial Crime 

  • Strong analytical and investigation skills 

  • Fluent French and English (oral and written). 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment 

  • Interest in financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance
