About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Operations Specialist to lead our expansion into the Mexican market. This role will be responsible for building and scaling our social media presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and growing a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the content strategy and growth planning for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram targeting the Mexico market.
Build and manage official and matrix social media accounts, ensuring high-quality brand positioning.
Develop accounts from scratch, including tone of voice, content strategy, and community building, achieving rapid user growth.
Conduct in-depth research on local culture, trends, viral topics, and entertainment insights to create highly engaging and interactive content.
Plan and execute campaigns such as hashtag challenges, online events, and community engagement initiatives to boost user retention and conversion.
Analyze performance metrics and audience behavior to continuously optimize content and operational strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media operations, content planning, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of global social media platforms and user growth strategies.
Proven ability to adapt content for cross-cultural audiences, particularly for the Mexican market.
Creative mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to trends.
