What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and gain hands-on experience supporting the homebuilding process from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
- Help deliver a great customer experience throughout the build process
- Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards
- Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inspecting work and ensuring quality standards are met
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction) with 6 months–1 year of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required)
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
