Job Description

Ensure the efficient flow of materials through the reception, verification, storage, preparation, and dispatch of goods, in compliance with established safety, quality, and documentation procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and shipping — Receipt, classification, and dispatch of materials.
• Import/export documentation — Validation of documents for international material movements.
• Internal and external courier services — Delivery and collection of documents and packages.
• Material storage — Organization and safeguarding of materials, keeping inventories updated.
• Weight and size verification — Confirm that materials meet shipping requirements.
• Driver coordination — Manage internal and external transportation activities.
• Forklift inspection — Coordinate preventive maintenance checks.
• EHS compliance — Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental activities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Desired knowledge: SAP knowledge (preferred).
