POSITION SUMMARY:
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, the position is responsible for assisting and providing transportation service to guests using the company’s vehicle ensuring the efficiency and safety on the day to day operations of Limousine, Shuttle Service and Valet.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures guest’s maximum safety, security and comfort at all times before service, while in transit and after service
2. Provides professional, fast, efficient and friendly service
3. Immediately reports vehicle status, issues and repairs to supervisor/manager on duty
4. Checks accuracy of booking details in trip ticket and Smart2Car.
5. Regularly updates Dispatcher/Reservation on the status of his assigned trip
6. Reports any sudden changes on the trip to Dispatcher/Reservation
7. Able to perform minor vehicle/buggy breakdown and be able to use the right tools to address minor vehicular trouble shooting
8. Completely checks vehicle amenities and tools and reports missing or defective items prior to service
9. Wears complete and prescribe uniform in accordance with the company’s grooming standards
10. Must perform at high level in aggressive hospitality at all times
11. Welcomes guest/s with appropriate greetings of the day as per company standards
12. Assists guest/s with opening/closing vehicle doors and luggage assistance
13. Able to effectively park and retrieve limousine or buggy without causing damage to the unit
14. Ensure all limousine and buggy are legally and properly parked in a safe designated parking area
15. Ensures that vehicle and buggy is always in immaculate condition

16. Checks vehicle/buggy status and cleanliness before and after service
17. Cleans vehicle/buggy before and after service
18. Handles Lost and Found item based on company policy
19. Able to install baby or toddler’s seat if needed
20. Provide guests with information about property facilities, amenities, services, hours of operation
21. Provides guests with direction and areas of interest and activities inside and outside City of Dreams Manila
22. Immediately reports guest complaint to supervisor/manager for proper documentation, investigation and appropriate action.
23. Documents and reports all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing article etc. and reports it to supervisor/manager immediately for proper action and documentation
24. Documents and reports accidents like injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your supervisor/manager
25. Adheres to all City of Dreams Standard Operating Procedures.
26. Must check guest preference in terms of vehicle temperature and type of music and offer amenities in the car that are pre-set-up for the guest’s use.
27. Must participate in guest’s recognition program as per Forbes standard
28. Must participate in City of Dreams loyalty program
29. Monitors and maintains safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and front drives (Nuwa Hotel, Nobu Hotel, Hyatt Hotel and Casino Front Drive)
30. Reports any safety and security that may cause any harm direct or indirect to guest, employees and to City of Dreams Manila
31. Ensure proper endorsement every end of the shift
32. Ensure to follow the department’s tip policy
33. May be assigned as valet driver or shuttle driver if deemed necessary or once required in the operations
34. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
At least 2 years work experience in hotel, casino industry or vehicle rental service.
II. Education
College diploma or equivalent professional training.
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Ability to read and communicate in English.
IV. Other Attributes
1. Ability to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
