Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) has been delivering leading cardiovascular care since 1978, offering comprehensive services through board‑certified cardiologists across multidisciplinary clinics, including cardio‑oncology, heart failure, A‑Fib, cardio‑genetics, and structural heart. IHP provides advanced cardiac imaging and participates in research and clinical trials to bring patients the latest innovations in heart care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
No holidays but weekends are optional
Coordinate and schedule office visits and diagnostic tests tailored to each physician’s specialty and practice location using phone communication and the MyChart electronic medical record system.
Manage and maintain the scheduling system across multiple office locations, ensuring accurate appointment placement based on visit type and patient needs.
Verify patient demographic and medical information to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date prior to appointments.
Communicate effectively and promptly with patients to promote continuity of care and support efficient clinic operations.
This position is expected to transition to a hybrid or remote role in the near future.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required High School Diploma/GED
1 year Physician Office Required
