SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Logistics - Handle, load and unload products in preparation for various operations (order picking, shipping, etc.) - Ensure conformity of manufacturer's documents on receipt of goods materials - Prepare and make available the elements required (parts, equipment, tools, etc.) for equipment assembly operations - Optimize storage area organization - Enter stock movements in the business tool - Participate in the inventory process - Contribute to the administrative follow-up of logistics operations (waybill, packing slips, invoices, etc.) - Punctually intervene on another perimeter (order preparation, etc.) - Report on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) - Contribute to the upkeep of the premises within its perimeter (cleaning, tidying, etc.) Purchasing - Selecting suppliers - Define and negotiate purchasing conditions (rates, volumes, lead times, etc.) with external stakeholders (suppliers, etc.). - Place orders for parts and consumables, based on the level of production. and lead times - Track purchases and inform internal stakeholders of order progress - Hazardous product management (safety data sheets, etc.) - Create and update supplier data in business tools (contacts, e-mail addresses, conditions, etc.) - Monitor and update supplier and service provider monitoring indicators (lead times, rates, etc.) and participate, where necessary, in implementing corrective actions - Evaluate the level of satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders, and participate, where appropriate, in the implementation of corrective actions - Help resolve disputes (suppliers, service providers), in collaboration with internal stakeholders RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Guarantees the quality and timeliness of handling operations - Ensures the conformity of the workstation and tools provided - Guarantees the quality of data entered into the business tool - Guarantees the proper management of inventory within its scope - Guarantees the completion of purchases within its scope - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, etc.) - Get to know and apply strictly the rules environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.) - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in logistics operations and/or significant experience preferred Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - Professional knowledge of machine operation material handling (professional qualifications, etc.) - Professional knowledge of purchasing (supplier relations, negotiation, etc.) - Professional knowledge of logistics (operations, inventory management, etc.) - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems Behavioral skill(s) - Organizational skills - Interpersonal skills - Versatility - AdaptabilitySkills
