What You'll Do

As the QA/QC Project Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction documents including permits, contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Support QA/QC inspectors by verifying required documentation is attached to project equipment records
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and project documentation databases
  • Track, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents
  • Manage document revisions and version control processes
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing or updated documentation
  • Generate reports, summaries, and documentation logs
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with audits by locating and compiling requested records
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, scanning, correspondence, and record maintenance

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of administrative, document control, or project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Construction, engineering, electrical, or industrial project experience
  • Experience with document management platforms such as CxAlloy
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, RFIs, specifications, and construction documents
  • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, QA/QC processes, or quality documentation standards
