最先端のDRAM開発業務における電気特性測定エンジニアとして、新規電気特性測定装置の設定や既存の測定装置の設定変更、電気特性評価工程の準備、新しい製品の測定プログラムの準備を担当していただきます。

Responsibilities and Tasks

• 電気特性評価工程の準備
• 新しい製品の測定プログラム準備
• 電気特性測定
• 測定装置の関係者に連絡して修理やアップデートの依頼
• 新規装置のソフトウェハの設定
• 装置保守対応
• AIツールを活用した解析

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements

• 電気特性評価工程について理解している
• プログラミングとlinuxについてある程度理解している
• 電気特性評価装置のマニュアルを理解できる
• 電気特性評価装置の関係者と良い協力関係を構築できる
• 前向きに自ら提案ができて、率先して仕事に取り組める
• 経験のない仕事について、情報を収集しながら取り組み、仕事の幅を広げることができる
• AI活用による改善を発見・検証・共有し、継続的改善に貢献できる
• 調査・分析・資料作成・課題解決・業務遂行にAIツールを活用できる

Expectations (any one of):

• Linuxやプログラミングの経験があること
• トランジスタの電気特性測定経験あるいは電気特性評価装置の使用経験があること
• 電気特性評価装置の修理や設定を関係者と協力して取り組んだ経験があること
• AIを活用した解析経験があること
