Description
Join our team as a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and play a pivotal role in advancing clinical research. This role collaborates with research staff and stakeholders to drive trial recruitment and deliver study-specific training. Acting as a strategic partner, you will optimize site experience and performance while fostering strong relationships and sharing medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate recruitment and support procedural training.
Educate healthcare professionals and their staff on study protocols related to clinical trials.
Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
Maintain and analyze customer records to tailor strategies for pre-screening, screening, and enrollment.
Complete internal reporting and organize group events to optimize program delivery.
Address and manage objections effectively.
Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications
Clinical research experience at the site level required
Nurse or other healthcare professional preferred
CRA experience preferred
High flexibility to travel (including internationally if needed).
Clinical competence in the therapeutic area.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions.
