Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA, including the development and/or maintenance of processes and business objects.
- Solid understanding of the RPA development lifecycle, including process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience diagnosing and resolving incidents in production robots.
- Familiarity with Blue Prism Control Room, including scheduling, execution, and monitoring of digital workers and sessions.
- Ability to analyse execution logs, identify root causes of failures, and perform error diagnosis and resolution.
