Our client is searching for a MUST Energy Engineer for their luxury resort in Jamaica. The purpose of this role is to drive the company’s energy efficiency and sustainability by optimizing processes. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption and ensure compliance with environmental and energy regulations, thereby improving energy KPIs and the organization’s environmental responsibility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze energy data and create predictive models to improve operational efficiency and reduce energy costs.
• Develop continuous improvement projects in energy management to maximize efficiency and reduce utility costs.
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new energy projects.
• Perform energy audits to identify opportunities for savings and optimization of energy consumption.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate energy-saving policies and strategies into operational processes.
• Propose technological improvements and innovations for efficient energy management and use.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations explaining the results of energy audits and improvement proposals to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. Essential
• Experience in energy project management and energy audits.
• Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and present results to management.
• Analytical skills to interpret energy consumption data and propose solutions.
• Certifications in energy efficiency, advantageous
