Northwest Connections is seeking Mobile Mental Health Crisis Workers to provide in-person crisis intervention and risk assessment for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in Burnett County, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling, ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income. This role operates under Wisconsin DHS 34 and Chapter 51 statutes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond on-call to mobile mental health crisis situations
· Conduct mental health and suicide risk assessments
· Provide crisis intervention and support least-restrictive response planning
· Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners
· Complete required clinical documentation
Schedule & Location:
· Part-time, on-call
· Available shifts: 7 days a week 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM; including weekends and holidays
· Home-based/on-call with responses throughout Burnett County, including Siren, Danbury, Grantsburg and Webster
Pay & Compensation:
· $40.00 per 8-hour on-call shift (paid whether dispatched or not)
· $27.50/hour when responding (assessment, travel, documentation)
· $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement
· $18.00/hour training pay

Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services (required)
· Bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field preferred
· Equivalent experience considered in place of degree
· Strong skills in crisis assessment, de-escalation, and decision-making
· Ability to respond within 30–45 minutes to most locations in the county
