Your Day-to-Day
The Academic Operations supports and oversees daily academic operations across schools, working closely with teachers and school leaders to ensure consistent curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and alignment with educational standards.
- Support and monitor the implementation of curriculum, academic standards, and daily teaching practices across schools/branches.
- Provide on-ground guidance and coaching to teachers and school leaders to improve instructional quality and classroom management.
- Coordinate academic operations, including schedules, academic readiness, documentation, and follow-ups on action items.
- Observe classes, identify gaps, and report academic or operational issues with clear recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between central academic teams and schools to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Support problem-solving and escalation handling related to academic and people operations.
Who We’re Looking For
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Experience in early childhood, primary education, or EdTech, with a background in preschool education
- Strong understanding of curriculum implementation and classroom practices.
- Good communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, especially when working with teachers and school leaders.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple schools or tasks, and follow through on operational details.
