Job Details:

The Cashier is a customer service position requiring the ability to present in a professional, positive manner and work quickly and efficiently. Proper eye contact, facial expression and appropriate communication is a requirement. The ability to prioritize while multi- tasking and show confidence handling various payment procedures is a requirement. This position includes cleaning and stocking. This position involves working with a diverse, multi-cultural customer base and acceptance of diversity is a must. This person must exemplify the 6 Core Values of Dayton Children's. It is not enough to say they care about the children; you must demonstrate it. Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving skills are necessary to achieve the number one goal of visitor/ patient / employee satisfaction
