Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Washington is looking for an experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia.
Pay: $23.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair complex issues with luxury vehicles, including but not limited to engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, to the highest standards of quality and precision.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company standards.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience as a luxury vehicle technician, with a strong background in high-end brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Audi.
Advanced technical knowledge of luxury vehicle systems, including but not limited to advanced driver assistance systems, infotainment systems, and hybrid/electric powertrains.
Possession of relevant industry certifications, such as ASE Master Technician or equivalent.
Work with specialized diagnostic equipment and software, including but not limited to factory-level scan tools and programming software.
Familiarity with luxury vehicle manufacturer guidelines and protocols, ensuring adherence to factory standards and procedures.
