Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production environments, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing capabilities. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless implementation and operational excellence is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python libraries and frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and integrating AI solutions within cloud or on-premises application pipelines.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and image processing techniques.
- Ability to design and implement production-quality AI systems with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
