Summary:
As a Data Strategist, a typical day involves designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the organization s ability to manage and govern information effectively. This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that ensures data integrity and security, enabling the organization to rely on a consistent and accurate source of information. The position requires collaboration with various teams to translate data insights into actionable business decisions, ultimately driving operational efficiency and fostering a competitive edge in the market. Continuous evaluation and refinement of data processes are integral to maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess data governance policies to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and security protocols.
- Ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with data integration and management techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and consistency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
