Up to £42,000 per annum pro ratadepending on experience

As an Oncology Staff Nurse in our hospital, you’ll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post-registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As an Oncology Staff Nurse, you will:
- Be a valued addition to the team in our consultant and nurse-led service
- Work with patients receiving chemotherapy or new treatments, such as immunotherapy
- Fully assess each patient’s needs, providing tailored treatment plans and care
- Assist consultants during clinics
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Working as an effective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships

The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern, purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds, three operating theatres, and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.
The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures, theatre, ultrasound, MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds, we’re about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
