Position Summary
RenalCare Associates is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Intervention Center team. This role provides pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for patients undergoing renal and vascular access procedures in an ambulatory surgery setting. No weekends, nights, or holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and monitoring.
- Administer medications and IV therapies.
- Serve as the circulating RN during procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards.
- Monitor sedated patients according to established protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and communication.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred
- Three or more years of nursing experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $34–$38/hour, based on experience.
