Consultant Senior, Systems Operations Lead

Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor and support production systems to ensure continuous availability and optimal system performance
  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system processing errors and incidents within defined service levels

• Execute operational procedures, including job scheduling, batch processing, and system checks

• Collaborate with technical teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions Ensure good rapport with infrastructure and application teams and technical link up sessions to improve System Operations Analyst expertise.

• Strengthen ITIL Service Management and follow incident management and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution

• Ensure compliance of all Systems Operations Analyst in incident and service request management

• Ensure compliance of all Systems Operations Analyst in ITIL Service Management Process and Operating guidelines

• Manage day to day operations including alignment, duties, and scheduling.

• Ensure all processes across the teams are thoroughly documented, consistently reviewed, aligned to standards

• Prepare KPIs and conduct weekly and monthly reporting for the team

What You Bring:

• Knowledge on Linux and windows commands are advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.

• Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems.

• Knowledge of ITSM principles and experience applying service management practices in operational environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for ticketing and workflow management.

• Ability to prepare and manage data sets for reporting on service tickets and performance metrics.

• Strong communication skills for effective coordination and discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems and conflict.
