Counter Parts Sales Person

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Counter Parts Salesperson on behalf of our client, a well-established business with over 45 years of experience.

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Counter Parts Salesperson will assist customers with direct purchases, respond to product queries, and support record-keeping and inventory tracking for goods and materials

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the identification and purchase of automotive parts.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory control and stock management activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure parts are well organised.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive parts environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of motor vehicle parts and technical components.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• Clean driving licence preferred.
• Forklift licence will be considered an advantage..
