Our team is essential for maintaining high technical rigor to ensure quality of the product is maintained, while working with a sense of urgency to drive customer fulfillment. This role also partners closely with global rotating equipment design teams to ensure product designs and repairs deliver safe, reliable, and high quality products.
You will work closely with manufacturing, repair, and quality teams to define and execute qualification processes that ensure steam turbine components are manufactured and repaired safely, with high quality, and delivered on time. Our goal is to deliver timely and optimal solutions for our customers through lean, cost-effective manufacturing qualification strategies, effective disposition of non-conforming hardware (NCNs and SDRs), and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with engineering, suppliers, factories, materials, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure product quality, fulfillment, and the successful resolution of complex manufacturing and repair challenges.
