We are looking for a committed Year 4 Teacher to join a primary school where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a strong attitude towards learning. This role would suit a teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons and supporting children as they progress through Key Stage 2.

The opportunity

The successful Year 4 Teacher will take responsibility for planning and delivering lessons across the Year 4 curriculum, supporting pupils with their academic development and helping them achieve their individual goals.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver creative and effective lessons across core subjects.

• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet different needs.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

• Create a well-managed classroom where children feel motivated to learn.

Experience we’re looking for

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in England.

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.

• Ability to use assessment effectively to support learning.

• A positive approach to classroom management and safeguarding.
