Your vent skills. Kids who need them. A team that lets you use them.
Most of our kids are trach- and vent-dependent. That makes RT the heart of their care here, not a consult you page between floors.

- Your patients: Medically complex children on home and long-term vents, trachs and airway clearance
- Your caseload: [X–X patients per shift]. You'll know every child by name.
- Training: Paid pediatric orientation with experienced RTs. Adult vent experience? We'll teach you peds.

Why RTs stay
- Real respiratory work. Vent management, trach changes, weaning and decannulation goals, not nebs and O2 rounds.
- Same kids, real progress. Be there for the weaning trial that works and the day a family takes their child home.
- Your voice counts. Physicians and nursing lean on your judgment. You're the airway expert in the building.
- Complex care, steadier pace. Pediatric critical-care skills without ER chaos or floating across a hospital, and without driving into the city.
- Career-defining experience. Pediatric vent and trach expertise is rare. Few RTs have it, and it opens doors.
Make the move: pediatric vents, a $10K bonus and a team that values you. Apply today.
