Job Summary:

The Raabe College of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University welcomes applicants for an entry level, 9-month tenure-track appointment at the rank of assistant professor in Pharmacy Practice.

The Raabe College of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University is committed to preparing pharmacists for the ever-changing landscape of healthcare. We prepare pharmacists to fill care gaps in their communities, which reflects the needs of the underserved in our rural community. Successful candidates will help us meet this goal through pedagogy, scholarship, and practice.

Hired individuals will have the responsibility to contribute to the college’s mission of scholarship through collaborative, practice-based research and advancement of the profession. Faculty members will develop meaningful relationships with students through academic, career, and personal advising. All faculty members contribute to Department, College and University functions through active participation on committees and other activities of the institution. Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Ohio. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy practice experience OR have graduated by 8/2026 and are now completing post-graduate training (residency or fellowship) with a completion date no later than 7/2027.

Candidates with the following experiences are encouraged to apply:

● Pharmacy Law or Regulatory

●  Pharmacy Practice (seeking candidates with training in drug information, hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, ambulatory pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or oncology/infusion center experience)
