Counterparty Management

o   Act as the primary point of contact with utilities, offtakers, RFP administrators and independent evaluators throughout the bid process.

o   Manage bidder registrations, Q&A and clarification requests, and portal submissions.

o   Build and maintain professional relationships with counterparties and keep a clear record of all correspondence.

Cross-functional Coordination

o   Run bid kick-offs, working sessions and approval meetings; track follow-ups and close loops.

o   Prepare clear, defensible bid summaries for internal approval, covering key terms, pricing, risks, mitigants and decision points.

PPA Structures and Commercial Support

o   Apply a working understanding of offtake structures, including physical and virtual PPAs, tolling agreements, resource adequacy / capacity contracts and energy storage agreements.

o   Support Finance and Capital Formation in shaping pricing, contract term and risk-allocation positions in bid responses.
