Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ISO documented information, including writing, updating, and training employees on work instructions and forms.
  • Generate, analyze, and report quality and safety KPI data to the management team.
  • Review production documentation for compliance with quality standards and identify discrepancies or areas needing improvement.
  • Perform internal audits and compliance assessments of production and quality systems.

  • Create and issue electronic corrective action reports (eCARs) and nonconforming material reports (NCMRs).
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
  • Support management in maintaining and improving plant quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with customer and third-party audits.
  • Work with production and leadership teams to investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve quality, efficiency, and operational processes.

Your Shift: Approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to support second-shift operations and training as needed.

You Must Have:

  • Experience working with quality systems and operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management processes.
  • Experience maintaining, developing, or improving quality procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with production and leadership teams.

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience developing or managing quality systems and processes.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience using A3, 8D, or similar problem-solving methods.
  • Quality experience in automotive or other manufacturing environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant quality experience.
