Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Production, R&D and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methods to drive continuous improvement.
- Train and coach operators on quality standards and procedures.
- Support audit readiness for customer, registrar and internal audits.
Supplier & Incoming Quality
