Office-first role
This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for Two days per week.

What you will do:
- Support the Business Case Led Investment Process for major capital and strategic investment projects across the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate investment review activities, partnering with cross-functional and global stakeholder groups.
- Review investment submissions to ensure business cases, assumptions, supporting data, and governance requirements are complete and robust.
- Analyze financial performance indicators, project risks, and investment assumptions to support effective decision-making.
- Assess project readiness, scope, and governance alignment against established approval frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement of investment governance processes, templates, tools, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor approved projects against business case commitments and contribute to post-investment reviews and lessons learned initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Significant experience in business case development, capital projects, corporate finance, investment evaluation, strategy, management consulting, or project assurance.
- Strong understanding of investment appraisal, financial modelling, risk assessment, project controls, and governance processes.
- Experience working within complex global organizations and collaborating across multiple functions, sites, and regions.
- Ability to evaluate commercial, operational, technical, and financial assumptions and their impact on overall business outcomes.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- High levels of integrity, sound judgement, and a commitment to objective, data-driven decision support.
