Description
Our client is a small 5* luxury boutique resort in Indonesia, offering personalized guest experiences in a beautiful natural setting with a strong focus on local culture, thoughtful design and authentic hospitality.
Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.
The resort is still in pre-opening phase.
This role will be as #2 in the resort and will be reporting directly to Resort Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Strong background in Rooms / Guests Experience and/or F&B operation
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• A person full of drive who loves and can relay to and follow the vision of this unique company and property
• Creative with a good eye for detail and ambiance
• Good understanding of daily operations and service standards
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with budgeting and cost control
• Passion for local culture, sustainability and dining experiences
• Resourceful and adaptable in remote environments
• Hands-on, proactive and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to work independently
• Flexible and able to manage changing priorities
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Positive attitude
• Computer literate
