As a AES SAP Tech Associate you will support SAP technology work within business application consulting, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, building technical skills, adapting to varied project needs, and taking ownership of assigned tasks while delivering dependable work within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will help analyze client needs, support implementation efforts, contribute to application maintenance activities, and build knowledge of SAP solutions while developing your professional brand in a fast-paced environment at PwC Acceleration Center Manila.

Responsibilities

- Supporting SAP technology activities across implementation, configuration, and system maintenance tasks
- Assisting in S/4HANA transition work, integration activities, and application performance tuning
- Gathering and organizing information from clients and team members to clarify requirements and identify process gaps
- Applying ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud skills to develop and support business application solutions
- Contributing to managed services activities that maintain and enhance core SAP applications across ERP, SuccessFactors, CX, Supply Chain, and Ariba environments
- Participating in process improvement efforts that streamline operations and improve system usability
- Documenting issues, testing results, and solution steps to support reliable delivery and handoff activities
- Learning and applying professional and technical standards while maintaining awareness of code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating hands-on SAP support across implementation, optimization, and enhancement work
- Applying ABAP, SAP Fiori, or SAP HANA in client delivery tasks
- Gathering information, analyzing patterns, and translating findings into action
- Adapting quickly across diverse client needs and team environments
- Learning technical standards, business context, and SAP platform capabilities
