Description
Full Stack Software Developer: This hire is an expansion of our team to deliver multiple simultaneous development projects. There will be leadership expected of the person as well as a willingness to mentor more junior members when necessary. The willingness to be candid and direct is also import and part of our culture.
Key activities

Write application and database code as necessary to support the Acupay4 development effort
•
Design and develop APIs, UIs and stored proceduresFull Stack Software Developer
Title
• Document application code as per best practices
• Participate in application design
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade code
• Review code ensuring quality for check-in
• Ensure compliance with S-SDLC process
• Mentoring team developers
• Collaborating with the scrum master or project manager
• Drive software development through understanding of the requirements, technology
and process
• Help to drive innovation, new technology and new approaches
• Be an advocate for best practices in software and product development including
requirements quality, code, structure, testing and design.
• Design and develop APIs, UIs and stored procedure
Required skills and experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience with UI and API development
• Proficient with NodeJS, Angular, Typescript and/or other JavaScript frameworks
• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent training and experience
• Significant experience in application architecture and design
• Significant experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum
• Proficient in creating queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server or other relational
databases.
• Experience supporting production in a SaaS environment.
• Understanding and implementation of application security and data protection.
• Ability to work under pressure, to work independently and to be a team player.
• Experience with source control management systems (BitBucket)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, willing to go the extra mile and work at own initiative. Acupay hires for

• High-quality source code, in compliance with Acupay's coding standards for
• readability, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Unit tests for source code coverage, to guarantee that each part of the code
• performs as expected.
