Cook_Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Job Type: Part TIME
Shifts Available: AM Shift, must have flexibility
Mission View Health Center is a premier skilled nursing facility dedicated to improving the lives of our residents. We are currently looking to hire a part time cook. We need someone who is flexible and available for AM shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM).

What you'll do:
- Prepares breakfast and/or lunch and/or dinner
- Helps serve breakfast and/or lunch and/or dinner
- Helps serve food to residents when needed
- Clears/cleans dining room area after meal/snack. May include rinsing pots, pans and utensils, cleaning sink, clearing trash.
- Maintains assigned areas in a clean and orderly fashion
- Maintains a pleasant working relationship with all other employees
- Performs duties per scheduled
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Clearances: Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
- Personality: Interest and ability to work with geriatric and disabled residents, positive attitude and strong team spirit, good verbal communicator.
