Summer 2027 Revenue Operations Intern- Bachelor's (Chandler, AZ)

TEAM OVERVIEW:

The team serves as the operational backbone for the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate booking, billing, compliance, contract maintenance, and forecasting across AGS Service products. Team members collaborate closely with Sales, CE, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable processes while supporting both standard and complex non-standard entitlement scenarios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opportunity creation and supporting forecast/tool count process for contracts.
• Create and maintain customer quotes that accurately align products, services, and entitlement requirements.
• Idling: Supports Idling enablement and corresponding billing adjustments for their contracts. Can support development of process to support complex non-standard Idling scenarios
• Reporting: Can pull and understand reports needed to support Opportunity/Quote/Book Bill Activity. Can analyze report data for basic business scenarios.
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Engineering, and Operation teams

​ TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Data Analysis
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

• Working towards a BS degree
• GPA requirements 3.0
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Team and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
