As a PMO Cost Manager in Taiwan, you will be part of a proven and innovative engineering team dedicated to delivering flawless memory and storage solutions. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of technological advancement and make a significant impact in a dynamic and encouraging environment.

## Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project cost controls and reporting to ensure strict adherence to budget and financial targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost forecasts and financial models to support project planning and decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project cost data, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify potential cost risks and develop mitigation plans to successfully implement cost management guidelines.

## Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a similar area of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, production, technology environment or cost management.
• Proven experience with project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in a team setting.

## Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working in the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to compete in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including Chinese and English.
